Ty Dillon narrowly misses the top 15

Ty Dillon had a top-15 capable car Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway, but he was shuffled back to 16th in the closing laps.

Dillon spent much of the race positioning himself to challenge the lead pack. His 16th narrowly missed the top 15 just as last week he finished one spot outside of the top 20. Still, he has been consistent and a good value at his cap level.
